We hope you are doing well! We are thrilled to share with you the latest developments at HAIIRO since the start of September. We are constantly striving to find ways to improve our service while remaining true to our eco-responsibility values.
We recently implemented a new organization for shipping your orders, which we would like to share with you. Since September, we have been shipping all orders every Tuesday. We are pleased to announce that this approach, which may seem simple at first glance, is not only proving to be a success but is also aligned with our environmental commitments.
But you might wonder, why only one shipment per week? First, it allows us to better organize our internal work, resulting in a more efficient and reliable service for you. Second, and perhaps even more importantly, it fits into our eco-responsibility approach. By consolidating as many orders as possible for a single weekly production, we reduce the energy consumption associated with production. This means fewer trips, less electricity, and, therefore, less impact on our planet. And all of this without increasing our prices!
From now on, if you place an order before 12 p.m. on Monday (Paris local time), it will be shipped the next day. For orders placed after 12 p.m. on Monday, don't worry, they won't be forgotten. They will be sent the following Tuesday. This new organization has been put in place with the aim of serving our customers to the best of our ability while minimizing our environmental footprint.
We are delighted that this approach is already a success, and we would like to thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing how this new organization will work as we approach the holiday season, a period during which we anticipate increased activities.
