SHIPPING:
Products are shipped within 2 to 5 days following your purchase.
However, some products or certain order volumes may require a preparation time longer than 5 days. You will then be notified by E-mail.
DELIVERY:
Your order will arrive directly at your home, in your mailbox, or at a pick-up point near you.
The indicated deadlines are in business day, average delay usually observed.
RETURN:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt to contact us to initiate the return process.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our mistake (wrong item, wrong size, or defective product).
You can return your order with the carrier of your choice as long as it has tracking. We will refuse any damaged or worn-out product.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used during your order as soon as we receive your item.
